Quality programs need a system of coordinated supports that promote standards for programs, competencies for professionals and positive youth outcomes. Participants will learn practical strategies for linking workforce needs, best practices, quality standards and research to create frameworks that support quality. Strategies will include workforce surveys, technology as a means to measure quality and deliver professional development, integration of existing systems work and targeted professional development. Networks will complete a self-assessment and asset inventory to identify resources and determine next steps for fulfilling a vision of quality in their state.
